Danielle Mohr
Co-founder
Most people know what they want—they just don’t know how to say it. Danielle helps people put words to the thing they’ve always felt deep down—but never quite believed they could have.
A former “good girl” who did all the right things but still felt unfulfilled, Danielle found herself questioning her identity and desires. Through deep personal work and an ever-curious love of learning, she began to uncover what truly mattered to her, and how to make it real. That journey led her to co-found Black Sheep Co., where she now lends her visionary thinking, adventurous spirit, and insightful questions to help others do the same.
Danielle is especially passionate about working with people who are chasing long-held dreams—the ones who quietly said, “That’s not for me,” but now feel a calling to make it theirs. Whether they're rediscovering creativity, launching something new, or building deeper connections, she helps clients take bold steps forward, but without the overwhelm.
With a background in writing for top business leaders, Danielle has a sharp understanding of how often people neglect their own identity in service of their roles. Her work is a gentle rebellion against that, and an invitation to stop performing and start aligning.
When she’s not shaping transformational programs or supporting clients, you can find Danielle trying (and quickly abandoning) her latest hobby—an ever-evolving pursuit of curiosity, creativity, and joyful exploration.

Shelby is an international speaker, personal identity trainer, and image consultant, as well as the founder of All Set Style and co-founder of Black Sheep Co. With a mission to redefine Identity, Image, and Impact, Shelby empowers clients to see themselves in a new light and step boldly into their authentic self.

As a speaker, Shelby delivers impactful presentations to audiences across industries, sharing her expertise on leading your life through identity, leadership, and personal branding. Her work has been recognized with a 2024 AWE Award nomination, and her styling expertise has been featured in global publications. As the co-host of the virtual summit The Creative Stylemaker, Shelby connected speakers and participants from around the world to explore the transformative power of style and creativity.

In addition to styling individuals & speakers, appearing on podcasts, and working one-on-one with clients, Shelby leads transformative group programs designed to help individuals embrace their true identity, develop more confidence, and pursue their biggest dreams. Shelby’s passion lies in empowering people to lead their lives with intention, align their inner identity with their external image, and make a lasting impact.
